What’sapp allows up to 8-person talk to a video call amid covid-19

As we all know, the whole world is equipped with self quarantine amidst lethal coronavirus. People around the world have been stuck and made limited to their homes which has caused unusual suffering to them. Whats-app has initiated a new feature into its app.
Corona virus has caused lock downs in several countries around the world, closing all offices and educational institutions.
Because of this critical situation, all working units allow their employees to work online from home. That’s when everyone is working online at home. The use of video calling apps has also increased due to corona virus.
Because using these apps(Skype, zoom) allows multiple users to make video calls at the same time. The Facebook-owned app WhatsApp has also announced that it will update to increase its video calling feature.

Now WhatsApp announced that 8 people will now be able to talk together during video calls.
Prior to this, only 4 users on the WhatsApp could connect together via video calling.
But now, considering the situation of whole world, WhatsApp has increased the user capacity to eight.
This feature is available to those who have the latest iOS and Android beta updates installed. Other participants will only be able to join the call if they are on the same version.
Note that this app has been specially updated for this critical situation of covid-19.
