Sindh’s coronavirus tally reaches to 2217, and 47 deaths in the province

The coronavirus situation is warrying once again in Sindh. Sindh has reported 209 new coronavirus suspected cases on Friday noon.

According to details, Sindh has conducted 21272 coronavirus tests. Among these tests only 2217 cases are reported as positive for coronavirus. Moroever, it is also noteworthy that 5 persons have been recorded in last 24 hours. In addiitotn to it, total number of recovered patients have also increased to 581 in the province. Sindh governemnt has been stressing the lock down to more strict considering increase in the cases.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah’s spokesperson Murtaza Wahab took to his official Twitter handle and announced the two new deaths in the province. The senator also announced 209 new covid-19 cases.

The following information is relevant to assess the situation of #COVIDー19 in Sindh as of 17th April at 8 AM:

Total Tests 21272 (today 2372)
Positive Cases 2217 (today 209)
Recovered Cases 581
Deaths 47

The pandemic has been increasing in Pakistan since its outbreak in the country.

Latest update of coronavirus in Pakistan

Currently, there are 7261 coronavirus cases in Pakistan. The coronavirus cases in Punjab have been reportedly increased to 3301 followed by Sindh which has seen exponential increase in last 2 days and the cases surged to 2217. In addition to it, the total covid-19 pandemic  cases in KPK have also increased to 993, while the cases of the lethal virus in Baluchistan raised to 305. Islamabad has reported 154 cases, GB has reported 245 cases, while AJ&K has reported only 46 cases so far. Globally, the total cases of covid-19 surmounted to 2 million. While total deaths have been reported to 147,378 in the world. The United States of America has seen exponential increase of the cases  during last week. The total cases in the USA increased to 678210, while total death reports from the US are 36,641. It is followed by Italy where total deaths are reported 22,170.
