Shoaib Akhtar desires “Salman Bhai” to personate him in his life story.
The former pacemaker of Pakistan Shoaib Akhtar, who ended his amazing career on 444 international wickets, recently quoted in a tweet that he wants Salman Khan to be cast in his biopic if it is ever made. The two stars have always shared a respectable bond over the years and there is no doubt that Pakistani bowler has always been a fan of his performance and charitable act.
The two stars shared an uncanny similarity and have always been in a limelight during their careers due to several controversies. This is not the first time Akhtar has expressed his views for Salman Khan to work in his biopic but back in 2016, in an interview with Mid-day he wished the same.
The 44-year-old bowler quoted: “It is up to his fans and filmmakers to choose whether a movie centered on his life should be made or not. But he wishes Salman Khan to play his role in the life story.”
Following the tweet, fans start off a discussion on whether Khan will be proficient to do justice or not? As they discussed how physically fit Salman Khan is to play a role of an athlete like Shoaib Akhtar who is known for his pace and un-matched speed, the social media questions if Salman Khan can run as fast as the bowler.
In news, the Rawalpindi Express said that he is ready to coach pacers for any country, even if they belong to India. The statement came as a surprise to many people around the globe because of the conflicted relationship between the two countries, have not played any bilateral series between since 2012.
He also stated that he would like to coach bowlers in much acclaimed Indian Premier league. The bowler played the inaugural season after which Pakistani players were banned from the league by the Indian government.
