5 new beverages you can make up this Ramazan

Fasting in the month of Ramazan has become challenging for several years because of overpowering heat. The only thing one can do is to keep them hydrated once the fast is over.

Here are lists of 5 drinks which will keep you refresh in Ramadan:

1-Aloha Milkshake:

If you need a sweet treat for your iftar Aloha milkshake is all you need. This milkshake is a very lip-smacking and tropical drink and the fantastic part is you don’t need to wander around the stores for the ingredients. For a milkshake, all you need is toasted coconut, whipped cream, coconut ice-cream, and few slices of pineapple. Intermingle all these elements in a blender and stir together until completely blended. Pour it down in a glass with coconut ice-cream on the top of it. Sprinkle some pineapple over it and your amazing Aloha milkshake is ready.

2-Mint Lemonade:

If you are eyeing for a thirst-quenching drink which will also encourage you towards your weight loss than pour some freshly squashed liquid from lemon in a glass of water and mix few mint leaves in it. Keep it in your fridge for at least an hour and then serve it over ice.

3-Watermelon Juice:

Watermelon is easily available all over the streets these days and quick boost of hydration in this scorching summer. It is a low-calorie treat with delivering an important nutrient, Vitamin C. You would only need a blender, seedless slices of watermelon and water. Balance it efficiently, empty it in a glass, and add a pinch of citrus juice for that exceptional treat.

4-Cucumber lemonade:

Known as a classic chilling beverage, it will aid you to keep sane and calm in the high temperature. The list includes lemon juice, most importantly cucumber, water and inadequate amount sugar. Add a slight salt corresponding to your sense of taste. Cucumbers are significant for the elimination of bad breath and will also contribute in your digestion.

5-Salad Drink:

The popular street drink which we all are missing in this quarantine has to be Salad drink. And the list of ingredients includes fruit cocktail, red jelly, bananas, condensed milk, coconuts, and lots of ice. You can make it less fatty by adding skim milk instead of condensed milk and fruit cocktail preserved in water. The addition of fruit makes it nice besides refreshing and cooling.
